When will my order be processed?

The packaging process start after 24 hours. Do you want to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours to make sure you package isn't in the process time.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

 

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the next day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, between 20 and 30 business days for delivery in Spain and between 30 and 40 business days for international orders (depending on location) fast shipping options for extra fees will be available on eligible items you can choose delivery time will be vary.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax free in euros, which means you may need to pay the duties and taxes once you receive your order.

 

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office, which is very rare.

 

The payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more information on charges, please contact your local customs office.
